A thought has passed us by, 
And I wondered why 
Nobody gave it a thought.
Did it laugh, Did it cry
Was is fey, Was it shy?
Did it help, Did it harm?
Where will it go next?
It was here now its gone
And who would have thought
What the thought thought?
But I thought it was sad.
